Minimising your Shipping Costs

• Most orders delivered within Australia are shipped by courier.
• Most orders will be shipped using a satchel which can carry up to 500g, 3kg or 5kg.
• We allow 10% on top of the product weight for product information and packaging weight so we will ship up to 2.7kg of product in a 3kg satchel and up to 4.5kg of product in a 5kg satchel. This is also providing that we can physically fit that volume of product also.

Delivery Arrangements

• Orders are delivered within Australia may be delivered by either Australia Post or by courier.
• There is currently no formal arrangements to ship internationally, however, this is possible by arrangement.
• Irrespective of delivery method, all couriered parcels will have to be signed for at the time of delivery.
• Deliveries to an unattended address will be left a note indicating options for collection or redelivery, where offered.
• Customers are responsible for paying any freight charges incurred from a refused shipment and unclaimed goods.
• The cost for any re-delivery attempts will be passed to the customers at the discretion of management if the delivery address is unattended at the time of delivery.
• Delivery times, where specified, are in business days, Monday to Friday excluding Public Holidays and exclude our merchant’s order processing time.
• In rural and regional areas of Australia, delivery to final destinations may take longer than specified. Our courier service may also opt to deliver to the nearest mail center or post office for collection.
